Encouraging people to follow Jesus with their whole heart, is at the core of everything we do at Horizon Community Church.

Ministering to and with our YOUNG ADULTS provides us with the exciting opportunity of walking with them as they transition from high school and their teen years into early adulthood.

The great philosopher FOREST GUMP once said; “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.” That pretty much captures the world our young people (18ish – 26ish) are wading into.
